Fences

Please NOTE: Fences less than 1.8 metres (5.9ft) in height do not require a permit.

No fence, wall or simular structure can be erected:

in a front yard, or on a site line adjacent to a front yard to a height of more than 1.22 metres (4ft).
in a side yard, rear yard, or on a site line adjacet to a required side or rear yard to a heigh of more than 1.83 metres (6ft) above grade level. Backyard fences 1.8 - 1.83 metres REQUIRE PERMITS
On a corner lot no hedge, tree, wall, fence or similar structure, not being a building, shall be erected, placed, planted, or maintained within the Sight Triangle to a height greated at 1.22 (4ft)

The use of OSB, barbed wire or electrified wire as fencing is strictly prohibited.

Mistusinne does not have a metal detector to assist with pin locates. You will have to make your own arrangements to locate pins.
